Stitches Store- Tee Shirt

Was walking around Brentwood Town Centre with my bf and stopped by Stitches and he bought a pair of pants and I got a tee.  This is the only tee shirt I liked there as most of their clothes are for the younger folks.  This particular tee reminds me of the Victoria's Secrets- PINK tee shirts.  :D  This tee was 2 for $12.00CAD or 1 for $9.99CAD. It will be one of my casual tees for the summer.  :)

eBay Vintage letter Bangle Bracelet

Purchased 3 bangles from eBay the same time I bought the colour block dress but the bangles came a few days afterwards.  I love the look and the quotes on the bangles!  Each bangle costs: $2.00USD.  The only thing is that these bangles are a little small, its difficult to put on and take off but they look adorable!

Nightmarket- Dorky glasses/sunglasses

Bf wanted to go the night market so we stopped by and I had most of the usual food that I love.  We walked around and saw these dorky sunglasses.  We tried them on and had a good laugh and decided maybe we should buy them.  I own the red pair and my bf owns the yellow pair.  They are extremely dorky and people stare when we wore it..lol  They were 2 for $15.00CAD

eBay colour block dress

Purchased a maxi 2 tone bustier dress from eBay.  Ah..the pictures are misleading and I don't think I will be buying clothes from eBay ever again as the quality reminds me of the chinese wholesale sites.  This dress totally looks different from what I thought it would be.  The skirt inside is up to the knee and not full length.  I would not recommend to buy this dress.  Good thing it was only $12.76USD and free shipping to Canada. I would only be wearing this on the beach as a cover up.

DIY Nail Caviar look- microbeads

Microbeads- Brand-Recollections Signnature Special

Purchased some microbeads at Michaels for $11.99CAD to try out the "caviar" look as I don't think it is worth it to buy the "name brand" at Sephora for $25.00CAD.  I swear it looks exactly the same and is significantly cheaper!

I still want to try the rainbow colour one, I have ordered some microbeads from Gmarket and will post it once my new Gmarket order comes in.  I used my Gmarket credit to get a few things...have to use it since it will never be refunded into my bank account.  That's the only sucky thing about Gmarket, if they over estimate shipping(which they always do) you will be credited in your Gmarket account and not refunded.  Zipia.net actually refunds it back to your method of payment, paypal.

Anywho, back to nail art!  The results are very nice, however as many people noted, this look will last only a day before the beads chip or fall off. This DIY version is totally worth the money.  $11.99CAD for 6 bottles of microbeads!  You can do this look thousands of times..lol  This pack came with the following colours: clear, copper, silver, champagne, ebony and antique copper.  I didnt put on the antique copper as I am not so good with my left hand and the look is the same. You get the gist of it.    :)

If you are interested in this look and don't want to dish out the $25.00 per bottle at Sephora just stop by your local craft store to pick up these babies, they are in the scrap booking section.  If you want them cheaper, they can also be found on ebay.com or Gmarket.

Poppin Cookin- sushi edition!

Finally made time to try out the Poppin cookin sushi edition.  It was fun but again as many people have mentioned, it is not very tasty.  I got lazy and didn't look up the instructions for how much water to add so I screwed up there but it was an enjoyable experience.  Would I buy it again?  Nah...it's not worth the money.  I bought this kit at Candyland in Aberdeen Mall in Richmond, BC.  There were the other ones there as well but I thought the tobiko part would be more interesting.  The variety that they have there are: ice cream edition, donut edition, ramen edition and bento box edition.  It costs about $8.00CAD.
