I got my Valentines day gift (Bf paid for a good chunk of it)! It was what I have wanted for the past 2 years...I wanted the original when it first came out EPL1 but it was only available via online yesasia.com site. I didnt feel like spending $700.00USD plus on a camera shipped from HK. I just logged on ever so often to look at it and the price dropped eventually to $599.99USD but I still couldn't justify spending that much on a camera that can potentially be damaged in shipping.

This year they launched the E-PL2 and then the E-PL3 and the EP2...woohoo! I can finally get in here! I haven't gotten to play with it yet as I am still waiting for some accessories I ordered on eBay. I ordered a screen protector ($2.00CAD), neck strap ($6.00CAD) and a case/cover bag($24.00CAD) for it.
I will wait until it all comes before I unbox it again. Can't wait to play with it! I love this camera!

I actually really like this camera as it is smaller and lighter than the nikon and canon slrs. My dad has the nikon and my brother owns the canon. I think the Olympus is uber cute and works wonders! The filters that are on the camera are a wonderful touch! I do recommend this camera. ;)
If you do buy one, let me know how u feel about it too!
