계란 빵 Egg bread/cake

Made 계란 빵 Egg bread/cake!  It was sweet/salty....so easy to make and was delicious!  You can put any filling in it you want.  Next time I think I will put red bean paste and try it as a dessert.
It was soft and fluffy...yummmmmmm...

My muffin pan isnt deep enough..I had to separate the egg yolk and white to make it fit..lol.. 
Separating it was actually a good thing as my bf prefers not to eat yolk. :P

Recipe:
Batter
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup of flour
3/4 tablespoon of baking powder
1/4 cup of salted melted butter
1/4 cup milk

Filling
eggs
other misc things..use your imagination!  Can be sweet or savory!


Beat eggs until it starts to foam then add sugar and mix.  Sift in flour and baking powder into the wet mixture and mix until combined.  Add melted butter and mix, then add milk and mix.  Pour mixture into piping bag/ziplock bag and cut the tip.  Pipe 1/4 of mixture into the muffin pan and add "filling".  Pipe enough mixture to cover filling BUT leave enough room for the bread/cake to rise.  Bake for 25 minutes, let rest for 5 min before removing from pan.  
note**Test done-ness by inserting a toothpick into the cake. If toothpick comes out clean, it is done!
